The Halloween party which brought together senior executives of corporations, HNIs, businessmen and women was handled and managed seamlessly by the agency while amplification was done across online blogs and social media channels to reach a wider audience.

We coordinated the first edition of the lifestyle series Paint N Sip with Suzuki through activities like Guest Invitation Management, Event Management and Logistics, Video production and amplification.

The event recorded top personalities as attendees and positive interactions across owned and third party social media platforms.

Bayer Nigeria Limited held its 3rd edition of the Nigeria Maize Conference themed ‘Much More Maize’, on April 22nd, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 edition was a hybrid event. Stephanie John (SJ) was engaged to handle pre and post event publicity, and the planning and logistics for the physical and virtual event.

We utilized a range of digital and traditional tools to channel Bayer Nigeria Ltd.’s message to its target audience and ensured that the message got strategic & earned visibility that exceeded the client’s expectations. The project recorded over 38 mentions across print and online news platforms with 1417 registered participants and positive interactions across its social media platforms.
