The Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) Plc. went through a restructuring process and new management came on board. The new management was eager to change the perception of CSCS as the typical bureaucratic government agency.
Agency was tasked with creating a brand identity that reflected the innovation the new management was bringing onboard.
We started by examining the client’s industry, we dissected the clients present position and the future of the business and how it was positioned in relation to other international organizations in the same line of business. It was determined that technology played a major role in its improved and diversified services. The information gleaned from the Brand Strategy session was used to redefine the brand.
