LATC Group sought to redefine its brand and become known with qualities that are both relevant and essential to creating brand distinction, driving business performance and achieving market leadership.

Agency Task

Our brief was to develop a new brand identity and positioning for the LATC brand that would also cascade to its subsidiaries.

Our Approach

We started by dimensioning the client for a better understanding through a brand strategy session with the Management and Staff to define the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the company and its subsidiaries. We then identified the gaps between where they are and where they wanted to be and used the key take-outs from the session to develop a brand identity for the company that was scalable to its subsidiaries and was in alignment with their corporate objectives.
